Our MissionTrinity Radio and Video Services Inc is a non-profit organization affiliated with Trinity Lutheran Church in Faribault Minnesota. Our ministry is promote the GREAT news of Salvation that our Lord Jesus Christ died for, to everyone! We do this through our radio broadcast and our video ministry. Who we areWe began in 1948, with a small group of people, volunteering their time and resources to begin broadcasting our Sunday morning church service over KDHL, AM 920 in Faribault, MN. KDHL had just started their broadcast in January of 1948. Our first broadcast was in April of 1948. We have been broadcasting ever since. In the middle 1980's, we began to videotape our service at the same time we were broadcasting the service. This tape made the rounds of our nursing homes in town, going with volunteers, and then was played on our local cable channel (FCTV Cable 10) on Monday's. In the middle 1990's, we expanded our video capabilities by adding three more VCR's and another camera. Later in the 90's, we expanded our video service further, adding in video mixing and titling capabilities. In 2005, we changed our system to be fully computerized (utilizing NewTek's VT[4] software on a Dell Precision Workstation with over a Terabyte of data storage) broadcast center. We also added DVD recording along with CD and Audio Cassette recordings to our system. We have now added the capability to see our Sunday morning services via the internet in Windows Media Format. How to Reach UsWe would love to hear from you! All of our funding comes from our listeners and viewers. We turn all money that comes in back into our services. Please write to us or give us a call.
